IGLESIA DE SAN PABLO (CÓRDOBA)

La iglesia de San Pablo de Córdoba condensa estilos como el gótico, el mudéjar, el manierista y el barroco; la portada de la calle Capitulares es una portada con columnas salomónicas de mármol que data del siglo XVIII, más adentro se encuentra la entrada real con un gran rosetón. En el interior hay 3 naves, con artesonados de tipo mudéjar y la cabecera tiene 3 ábsides, el central con bóveda de crucería. La torre ubicada a los pies de la iglesia, es de piedra y madera.

VISITA : Horario de lunes a viernes de 9:15 a 10:45 y de 19:15 a 21:45.
   

CHURCH OF S. PABLO (CORDOBA)

The church of San Pablo of Córdoba, have styles such as Gothic, Mudejar, Mannerist and Baroque; the facade of Capitulares street is a doorway with marble Solomonic columns dating from the 18 th century, further inside is the Royal entrance with a large rose window. Inside there are 3 naves, with coffered ceilings of Mudejar type and the head has 3 apses, the central with ribbed vault. The tower located at the foot of the church, is made of stone and wood.

VISIT : Timetable, Monday to Friday from 9:15 to 10:45 and from 19:15 to 21:45.

La iglesia de San Nicolás de la Villa de Córdoba es un edificio de estilo gótico-mudéjar, al que se han realizado diversas reformas en los siglos XVI y XVII; curiosamente el minarete de una antigua mezquita fue reutilizado como torre en esta iglesia.

VISITA : Los horarios de las misas son: En verano (Abril-Octubre) laborables (8:45, 11:30, 19:00 y 20:00), festivos (11:30, 12:30, 19:00, 20:00 y 21:00), en Julio los laborables (8:45, 11:30 y 20:00), festivos (11:30, 12:30, 20:00 y 21:00); agosto los laborables (11:30 y 20:00) y festivos (11:30, 12:30, 20:00 y 21:00) y el horario de invierno (8 de octubre a 31 de marzo) es los laborables (8:45, 11:30, 19:00 y 20:00) y festivos (11:30, 12:30, 18:00, 19:00, 20:00 y 21:00).
   

CHURCH OF S. NICOLAS (CORDOBA)

The church of San Nicolas de la Villa of Cordoba is a Gothic-Mudejar style building, which has several reforms in the 16 th and 17 th centuries; curiously, the minaret of an old mosque was reused as a tower in this church.

TEMPLO ROMANO (CÓRDOBA)

El Templo romano se encuentra junto al Ayuntamiento de Córdoba, se erigió para el culto imperial, formando parte del foro provincial de Córdoba; esta elevado sobre el clásico podium, tienen 6 columnas exentas de tipo corintio, también tenia altar.

VISITA : Horario los viernes de 18:00 a 21:00, los sábados de 18:00 a 21:00 y los domingos de 12:00 a 14:00, entrada gratuita.
   

ROMAN TEMPLE (CORDOBA)

The Roman Temple is located next to the Town Hall of Córdoba, it was erected for the Imperial cult, forming part of the Provincial forum of Córdoba; it is elevated on the classic podium, have 6 columns free, Corinthian type, also had altar.

VISIT : Timetable on Fridays from 18:00 to 21:00, Saturdays from 18:00 to 21:00 and Sundays from 12:00 to 14:00. Free admission.

 
 

MAUSOLEO (CÓRDOBA)

Los Mausoleos romanos son edificios funerarios, el mausoleo romano de Córdoba es de planta circular, se data en el segundo cuarto del siglo I d.C. Ubicados en la calle Paseo de la Victoria 17, en lo que era la vía que unía Córdoba y Sevilla evidencia que eran personas de alto status los que se enterraban aquí.

MAUSOLEUM (CORDOBA)

The Roman Mausoleums are funerary buildings, the Roman mausoleum of Cordoba has a circular plan, dating to the second quarter of the 1 st century AD. Located on Paseo de la Victoria street 17, in what was the road linking Cordoba and Seville, it is clear that it was high-status people who were buried here.

MURALLAS (CÓRDOBA)

Córdoba tuvo muralla romana en el siglo II, pero la construcción se restauro en época andalusí. La puerta de Almodóvar y el tramo de la calle Cairuán son los tramos mejor conservados. La torre de Malmuerta es una torre albarrana, unida a la muralla por un arco de medio punto, tiene una sala abovedada y saeteras; cronología andalusí, pero reconstruida en el siglo XV.

WALLS (CORDOBA)

Córdona had a Roman wall in the second century, but the building was restored in the Al-Andalus era. The Almodovar gate and the section of Cairuan Street are the best preserved sections. The tower of Malmuerta is an albarrana tower, united to the wall by a semiciruclar arch, it has a vaulted room and loopholes; Andalusian chronology, but rebuilt in the 15 th century

CÓRDOBA 1: Casi todos los edificios tienen barreras arquitectónicas, un solo peldaño te separa para entrar en la Mezquita, la torre de Calahorra tiene escaleras para ascender, y el Alcázar de los Reyes Cristianos tiene espacios a diferentes niveles separados por escaleras; solo el puente no plantea problemas.

CORDOBA 2: Visita exterior con silla de ruedas (murallas, mausoleo, S. Pablo, templo romano); acceso factible a S. Nicolás.

CÓRDOBA 1: Almost all buildings have architectural barriers; only one step is the barrier to get into at the Mosque, the tower of Calahorra has stairs to go up, and the Alcazar of the Christians kings has different levels separated by stairs; only the bridge is suitable for handicapped.
