		CASTILLO (BELMONTE DE TAJO) INFORMACIÓN HISTÓRICO-ARTÍSTICA Castillo de planta pentagonal, uniéndose a las murallas, con torre de homenaje, portada gótica y 2 recintos. Cronología medieval del siglo XV, construido por el marques de Villena, fue muy restaurado en el siglo XVIII. Estilo gótico - mudéjar. ENTRADAS Y HORARIOS La entrada general son 9€, el horario de verano (mayo-14 septiembre) es de martes a domingo de 10:00-14:00 y de 16:30-20:30; el horario (15 septiembre-28 febrero) es de martes a viernes de 10:00-14:00 y 15:30-17:30, sábados y domingos es de 10:00-14:00 y 15:30-18:30 y el horario de marzo a abril es de martes a domingo de 10:00-14:00 y de 16:00-19:00, el lunes es día de cierre. 		MONUMENTOS DE SAN CLEMENTE INFORMACIÓN HISTÓRICO-ARTÍSTICA Uno de los edificios más bonitos es la Casa consistorial, de estilo renacentista, con bonita arquería (7 vanos), torre y escudo de los Austrias. También destacamos la iglesia de Santiago Apóstol, también renacentista, pero con viejos elementos góticos del siglo XV, incluso barrocos. Hay además un gran número de conventos casi todos del siglo XVI. También es muy conocido el llamado “Arco romano” que realmente es un arco barroco, de los siglos XVI-XVII.
