Setubal: Monumentos y Turismo


		SETÚBAL: Se ubica en la antigua región de Estremadura, en el actual distrito de Setúbal. Frente al clásico destino de resort y hotel, Setúbal te ofrece un destino más tradicional, para conocer una ciudad más trabajadora, con pescadores, más humilde y más barata. Entre los principales monumentos citaremos el fuerte de San Felipe erigido estratégicamente para la defensa del estuario del Sado, la iglesia de Santa María, la iglesia de San Julián, el manuelino mosteiro de Jesús y el chafariz. Entre los museos destacamos el Museo Arqueológico. Además tiene un patrimonio natural muy natural y excepcionales playas (Playa de Albarquel).		SETÚBAL: It is located in the old region of Estremadura , in the current district of Setúbal. 		SETÚBAL: Setúbal se encuentra junto a la A-2 (autopista de peaje), aunque la ciudad es atravesada por la N-10. El acceso principal se realiza por la carretera A-2, ubicada entre Lisboa y Alcacer do Sal (Salidas 4 y 5). Por la costa puede accederse por la N-10. 		SETÚBAL: Hay poco aparcamiento, no es recomendable adentrarse mucho. Hay aparcamiento gratis en el extrarradio. Lo más céntrico es la Avenida Luis Todi (P1), aquí el aparcamiento es de pago. En el fuerte el aparcamiento es gratuito. Vernur colabora con muchos ayuntamientos en la regulación del tráfico de sus municipios, evitando colapsar algunas zonas, lo que provocaría “Turismofobia”, facilitando a la vez el acceso del visitante tanto al aparcamiento como a los centros históricos. 		SETÚBAL: Los enclaves más sobresalientes (salvo el castillo de San Felipe) se encuentran en el centro de la localidad, cerca del paseo marítimo. FELIPE: el fuerte de San Felipe se encuentra junto a la costa en el sector más occidental de la ciudad. SETÚBAL: The most interesting sites (except the castle of San Felipe) are located in the historic centre of the town, near the promenade. 		SETÚBAL: Para acceder a un parque de merendas cercano, te recomendamos que desde la N-10 entre la glorieta de la Repsol y otra glorieta próxima, te desvíes por el camino señalizado con cartel azul que pone “Hospital da Luz”, todo recto; a unos 900 m. veras una bifurcación, coge el camino de la derecha, y tras unos 900 m. llegarás al parque de Merendas, a solo 300 m. más adelante tienes el convento de la Consolação. The complex we see today is dated especially in the 18 th century. There are many details of the Manueline style (late Portuguese Gothic), highlighting the north door and the west door.
