Disponemos de una iglesia en la que se conserva solo la cabecera y la fachada. La cronología es la de un edificio románico, del siglo XII. Sobresale el tímpano, por su iconografía escultórica con el cristo en majestad, con San Pedro y San Pablo a cada lado, es decir el tema de la “Triditio legis”, datándose en el siglo XII.

We have a church in which only the head and the façade are preserved. The chronology is from 12 century, is a Romanesque building. The tympanum stands out for its sculptural iconography with Christ in Majesty, with St Peter and St Paul on each side, that is the theme of the “Triditio legis”, dating to the 12 th century.

RIPOLL: El acceso desde Barcelona, es cogiendo la C-17 que va a Vic, continuando hasta Ripoll; en el casco antiguo está el monasterio.

S. JOAN: S. Joan de les Abadesses se ubica entre Ripoll y Camprodon, en la C-26. El acceso es simple pues se encuentra en la misma población de Sant Joan. Sant Pol en la plaza Anselm Clavé y el Monasterio en el Passeig La Plana.

RIPOLL: The access from Barcelona is possible taking the C-17, that goes to Vic, continuing until Ripoll; the monastery is in the old town.

S. JOAN: S. Joan de les Abadesses is located between Camprodon and Ripoll in the C-26. Access is simple because stay in the same village of Sant Joan. Sant Pol is in Anselm Clavé square and the Monastery in the Passeig La Plana.
