OÑATE (Oñati en vasco): Oñati pertenece a la comarca del Alto Deva, y está rodeada de sierras. Oñate e s famosa por haber sido una importante villa señorial en la que se fundó la primera universidad del País Vasco. Oñati tiene un gran número de monumentos (iglesias, ermitas, casonas, palacetes, la cueva de Arrikrutzu y el molino de San Miguel). En el pueblo hay rutas de senderismo muy interesantes y atractivas. Algunas están señalizadas (carteles y balizas). Destacamos la ruta que pasa por Jentiletxe y Oregui. |
OÑATE (Oñati in Basque): Oñati belongs to the Alto Deva region, and is surrounded by mountains. Oñate is famous for having been an important stately town where the first university in the Basque Country was founded. OÑATE: En la localidad hay poco aparcamiento, no es recomendable adentrarse mucho. Hay un parking pequeño junto al Centro de Salud, a la entrada. El aparcamiento es gratuito. La ubicación del aparcamiento recomendado es muy cercana. Vernur colabora con muchos ayuntamientos en la regulación del tráfico de sus municipios, evitando colapsar algunas zonas, lo que provocaría “Turismofobia”, facilitando a la vez el acceso del visitante tanto al aparcamiento como a los centros históricos. |

La distancia máxima en los extremos de esta visita es 250 m. La visita se desarrolla por un espacio plano, con alguna ligera cuesta . Vernur recomienda que no olvides llevar calzado cómodo y confortable, ropa acorde al clima, un buen sombrero y no olvides hidratarte. |
