ENCINASOLA: Los restos más antiguos de Encinasola son de unas minas en Pico Centeno, de variscita (hacia 3.000 a.C.), hay restos romanos (explotaciones mineras) y visigodos (ermita de San Pedro), los musulmanes la llamaron (Azinhasola). Después Encinasola fue muy disputada entre Portugal y Castilla, más tarde las epidemias de peste en el siglo XIV fueron muy duras, también en el siglo XVII, la guerra y las consecuencias de la Guerra de Restauración Portuguesa fueron muy dañinas. Hoy en día, Encinasola tiene un interesante patrimonio, como el castillo, la iglesia de San Andrés, la torre de San Juan, la torre de San Felipe y varias ermitas. Esta tranquila y bonita localidad tiene rincones preciosos que esperan a que los descubras. |

ENCINASOLA: En la localidad hay poco aparcamiento, no es recomendable adentrarse mucho. Te recomendamos aparcar en la calle Barrancos y desde aquí hacer la visita. El aparcamiento es gratuito. Vernur colabora con muchos ayuntamientos en la regulación del tráfico de sus municipios, evitando colapsar algunas zonas, lo que provocaría “Turismofobia”, facilitando a la vez el acceso del visitante tanto al aparcamiento como a los centros históricos. |

ENCINASOLA: La zona donde se concentran los monumentos es el Centro Histórico. Aquí podemos ver algunos monumentos como la iglesia de San Andrés y la torre de homenaje. A la entrada tenemos el fuerte de San Juan. La distancia máxima en los extremos de esta visita es 700 m. La visita se desarrolla por un espacio plano con cuestas. En el pueblo hay rutas de senderismo muy interesantes y atractivas. Algunas están señalizadas (carteles y balizas). Destaca la ruta de “Puente de los Cabriles”. Vernur recomienda que no olvides llevar calzado cómodo y confortable, ropa acorde al clima, un buen sombrero y no olvides hidratarte. |

ENCINASOLA: En cuanto al firme tenemos caminos de cemento. Pavimento recio y compacto. Respecto al desnivel es una zona plana con cuestas. Hay bordillos en las aceras. Acceso no factible con silla de ruedas a la torre de homenaje y a San Andrés (todos los accesos tienen escalones). La tecnología de las sillas de ruedas ha avanzado mucho, cada vez más ligeras, hay modelos plegables, con todo tipo de adaptaciones, trata de conseguir una moderna, incluso hay ciudades donde se pueden alquilar, contacta con nosotros para añadir información. |
