TEMPLO DE DEBOD (MADRID)

INFORMACIÓN HISTÓRICO-ARTÍSTICA

El templo de Debod es un templo del Egipto antiguo, regalado por Egipto a España, por colaborar en el rescate de los templos que quedarían sumergidos por la construcción de la presa de Asuán, tiene 2.200 años de antigüedad y es de Ptolomeo IV Filópator.

ENTRADAS Y HORARIOS

Entrada gratis, el horario de verano (abril-septiembre) es de lunes a viernes de 10:00-14:00 y de 18:00-20:00, sábados, domingos y festivos es de 9:30-20:00. El horario de invierno es de martes a viernes de 10:00-14:00 y de 16:00-18:00, sábados, domingos y festivos es de 9:30-20:00, los lunes está cerrado el templo.

DEBOD'S TEMPLE (MADRID)

HISTORICAL-ARTISTIC INFORMATION

The temple of Debod is a temple of the ancient Egypt, given by Egypt to Spain, to collaborate in the rescue of the temples that would be submerged by the construction of the dam of Aswan, is 2,200 years old and was built by Ptolomy IV Philopod.

TICKETS AND TIMETABLE

Summer timetable (April-September) is Monday to Friday from 10 am to 2 pm and from 6 pm to 8 pm; Saturday, Sundays and public holidays is from 9,30 am to to 8 pm; winter timetable from Tuesday to Friday is from 10 am to 2 pm and from 4 pm to 6 pm; Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are from 9,30 am to 8 pm; Mondays are closed.

PALACIO REAL

INFORMACIÓN HISTÓRICO-ARTÍSTICA

El Palacio Real se ubica sobre el antiguo alcázar de Madrid, es obra de Felipe V, por tanto data del siglo XVIII, dispone de más de 3.000 estancias, destacando sobre todo la magnífica escalera principal obra de Sabatini, el salón del trono con frescos de Tiepolo, la Real farmacia y la Capilla Real. Mención aparte merece la Armeria Real, espacio en el que se conserva una de las mejores colecciones de armas del Mundo.

ENTRADAS Y HORARIOS

Horario de verano (abril-septiembre) de 10:00-20:00; el horario de invierno es de 10:00-18:00, tarifa general 11€, hay también tarifas reducidas.

 

ROYAL PALACE (MADRID)

HISTORICAL-ARTISTIC INFORMATION

The Royal Palace is located on the old Alcazar of Madrid, is the work of Felipe V, dates from 18 th century, has more than 3,000 rooms, especially stands out the magnificent main staircase by Sabatini, the throne room with frescoes of Tiepolo, the Royal pharmacy and the Royal chapel. The Royal Armory deserves special mention, a space in which one of the best collections of weapons of the World is conserved.

Summer timtable (April-September) from 10 am – 8 pm; the winter timetable is 10 am – 6 pm; general rate € 11, there are also reduced rates.

 

CATEDRAL DE LA ALMUDENA

INFORMACIÓN HISTÓRICO-ARTÍSTICA

Iniciada en (1883) en tiempos de Alfonso XII, no fue consagrada hasta (1993) gracias a Juan Pablo II, además de la basílica puede visitarse un pequeño museo e incluso se puede subir a la cúpula.

ENTRADAS Y HORARIOS

La entrada a la iglesia es gratis, para el museo y la cúpula la entrada son 6€, horario de lunes a domingo de 9:00-20:30 h, el horario de museo y cúpula es de 10:00-14:30.

 

CATHEDRAL OF LA ALMUDENA

HISTORICAL-ARTISTIC INFORMATION

Initiated in 1883 in the time of Alfonso XII, it was not consecrated until (1993), thanks to John Paul II, in addition of the basilica can visit a small museum and can even go up to the dome.

Rate to the church is free, for the museum and dome rate are € 6; Monday to Sunday from 9 am to 8,30 pm, the museum and dome hours are from 10 am to 2,30 pm

 

MURALLAS EMIRALES (MADRID)

INFORMACIÓN HISTÓRICO-ARTÍSTICA

Tenemos un pequeño sector de bloques de piedra (silex y caliza), y argamasa de cal; con torres cuadradas, muy cercanas unas de otras, la muralla de Madrid tiene cronología emiral del siglo IX, además la muralla de Madrid es Monumento Histórico-Artístico desde (1954).

ACCESO - MADRID OESTE

DEBOD: Se ubica junto al Paseo del Pintor Rosales. Metro Plaza de España (400 m.).

PALACIO: Se ubica en la Plaza de Oriente junto a la calle Bailen, metro Ópera (200 m.).

CATEDRAL: Se ubica en la Plaza de la Almudena, junto a la calle Bailén, metro Ópera (200 m.).

MURALLAS: Acceso en Madrid, en el Barrio de los Austrias, junto a la catedral de la Almudena, en Cuesta de la Vega; metro Ópera (250 m).

ACCESO PARA MINUSVÁLIDOS

DEBOD: Las sillas de ruedas pueden acceder a casi todos los espacios, salvo a los más recónditos como la cripta.

LOCATION - WEST MADRID

DEBOD: It is located next to Paseo del Pintor Rosales. Metro Plaza de España to 400 meters (1312 ft).

ACCESS FOR THE HANDICAPPED

DEBOD: Wheelchairs can access almost all spaces, except to the most remote spaces of the temple, like the crypt.

PALACIO: Como sabrás pasar a la segunda planta se hace por una bellísima escalinata que dificulta el paso a los minusválidos, pero me consta que existe un ascensor (130x177) para personas con movilidad reducida, incluso existe un aseo adaptado y se permite el paso de perros guías.

CATEDRAL: Visita factible para usuarios de sillas de ruedas pues existen ascensores para personas con movilidad reducida.

MURALLAS: Visita factible para usuarios de sillas de ruedas.

PALACE: As you know, to go up at second floor is made by a beautiful staircase, a problem for handicapped; but I know that there is a lift (130 x 177 cm. = 51 x 69 inch) for people with reduced mobility, there is even an adapted toilet and is allowed the passage of guide dogs.

CATHEDRAL: Feasible visit of wheelchairs users, because there are lifts for handicapped people.

WALLS: Feasible visit for wheelchairs users.
