Antequera-Teba: Monumentos y turismo

		DÓLMENES DE ANTEQUERA INFORMACIÓN HISTORICO-ARTÍSTICA Tenemos el dolmen de “Menga” es un gran pasillo de 25 x 6,5 m. con techo de grandes piedras; en el que pueden verse figuras talladas en una `piedra de la izquierda. El dolmen de Viera, recibió el nombre de los hermanos que lo descubrieron en (1905) tiene cámara circular de 2 x 2 m. El de Romeral es de piedras más pequeñas con cámara de 5 metros de ancho y 4 m. de altura. Cronología del Calcolítico Final, el de Menga se data sobre el 2.500 a.C., el de Viera sobre el 2.000 a.C. y el de Romeral sobre 1.800 a.C. ANTEQUERA DOLMENS HISTORICAL-ARTISTIC INFORMATION We have the dolmen of Menga, is a large corridor (25 x 6,5 m = 82 x 21 ft) with ceiling of large stones; in which can be seen carved figures in a stone on the left. The dolmen of Viera received the name of the brothers who discovered it in (1905) has circular chamber of 2 x 2 m. (6,5 x 6,5 ft). The dolmen of Romeral is of smaller stones with camera of 5 m (16 ft) width and 4 m (13 ft) height. Dating of Late Chalcolithic, the dolmen of Menga is dated around 2,500 BC, Viera around 2,000 BC and El Romeral around 1800 BC. TICKETS AND TIMETABLE Summer timetable (June 16 th to September 15 th ) from Tuesday to Sunday from 9 to 3,30; Monday closed; Spring timetable (April 1 st to June 15 th ) from Tuesday to Saturday from 9 to 7,30; Sunday and holidays from 9 to 3,30; Monday closed; and the winter timetable (September 16th to March 30th) is from Tuesday to Saturday from 9 to 5,30; Sundays and public holidays from 9 to 3,30; Monday closed. 		IGLESIA DE MESA DE VILLAVERDE – BOBASTRO- (ARDALES) INFORMACIÓN HISTORICO-ARTÍSTICA Tenemos una iglesia excavada en la roca, quizás por tradición eremítica, es de planta basilical, con arcos de herradura, transepto y cabecera de 3 ábsides, central con arco de herradura y los laterales adintelados. Los eruditos piensan que fue el solar donde Omar Ben Hafsun estableció la capital de sus dominios en (880) al sublevarse contra el califato de Córdoba. Cronología mozárabe de finales del siglo IX a inicios del siglo X. HORARIOS-ENTRADA La visita es guiada de martes a sábado de 10:00-20:00 y domingos de 10:00-15:00, la taquilla cierra 1 hora antes del final de la visita, lunes cerrado. Entrada de 3€, hay entradas reducidas.				IGLESIA DE MESA DE VILLAVERDE (BOBASTRO-ARDALES) HISTORICAL-ARTISTIC INFORMATION We have a church dug in the rock, perhaps by hermitage tradition, is of basilical plan, with horsechoe arches, transept and headboard of 3 apses; central with horseshoe arch and the lateral lined. The scholars think that it was the site where Omar Ben Hafsun established the capital of his dominions in (880) when he revolted againts the Caliph of Córdoba. Mozarabic chronology from the end of the 9 th century to the beginning of the 10 th century. TICKETS AND TIMETABLE The tour is guided from Tuesday to Saturday from 10 am to 8 pm and Sundays from 10 am to 3 pm; Ticket Office closes 1 hour before the end of the visit; closed Monday. Rate of € 3, there are reduced tickets.

CASTILLO (TEBA)

Tenemos un conjunto de muralla con torres cuadradas y una torre de homenaje, donde se ubica la zona residencial. Cronología no muy clara pero todo indica que debió de construirse en tiempos de almohades o almorávides. Siendo la fortaleza ampliada con los nazaríes.

VISITA : El Centro de Interpretación del Castillo abre de jueves a domingo de 10:00 a 15:00. Entrada 2 €.

ACCESO : Acceso a Antequera por la A-45 (Málaga-Córdoba), allí coger la A-384 que lleva a Teba.

CASTLE (TEBA)

We have a set of walls with square towers and a tower of homage, where the residential area is located. Chronology not very clear but everything indicates that is must have been built in Almohad or Almoravid times. Being the fortress extended with the Nasrids.

VISIT : The Interpretation Center of the Castle is open from Thursday to Sunday from 10:00 to 15:00. Admission € 2.

ACCESS : Access to Antequera by the A-45 (Málaga-Córdoba), there take the A-384 that leads to Teba.

		ACCEDER A ANTEQUERA UBICACIÓN DOLMENES: Acceso a Antequera por la N-331 (Málaga-Córdoba), entre el Polígono Industrial (Romeral) y un parque público (Viera y Menga), junto a la carretera de Málaga, se reparten estos megalitos. El del Romeral se ubica junto a la N-331. BOBASTRO: Desde Málaga coger la carretera de Cartama (A-357), coge la A-357, que conduce a Ardales. Después la carretera de El Chorro (MA-444), donde hay cartelería para el yacimiento por la (MA-448). ACCESO PARA MINUSVÁLIDOS DOLMENES: Acceso factible para sillas de ruedas. BOBASTRO: No accesible a silla de ruedas (cuestas y firme irregular)				ACCESS TO ANTEQUERA LOCATION DOLMENES: Access to Antequera by the road N-331 (Málaga-Córdoba), between the small Industrial Area (Romeral) and the public park (Viera and Menga), next to Málaga road, these megaliths are distributed. The Romeral dolmen is located next to the N-331. BOBASTRO: From Málaga take the road from Cartama (A-357), take the A-357 which leads to Ardales; after the road to El Chorro (MA-444), then signpostes for the site will appear (MA-448) ACCESS FOR HANDICAPPED DOLMENS: Is plenty accessible for wheelchairs. BOBASTRO: For wheelchairs is not accessible (slopes, irregular firm).
