Axarquía: Monumentos y turismo

		ATALAYA DE TORRE DEL MAR Tenemos una atalaya circular que domina toda la localidad, de mampostería muy tosca. Cronología muy posible del siglo XIV. Es tan solo una de las muchas torres vigías con las que contó el reino nazarí, se conocen algunas en Maro (junto a Nerja), hasta el Rincón de la Victoria (torre del Cantal), destaca también la de Benajarafe (Torre de Moya) y la de Alfayate (Torre Manganeta). Muy bien conservada esta la de Benagalbon. Más adelante en Torrox (torre en árabe) tenemos las atalayas de Morche y Calaceite esta ya del siglo XVI. Desde el siglo XV con la conquista se construyen nuevas torres y se restauran las nazaríes. HORARIOS-ENTRADA: Solo el exterior. CUEVA (NERJA)

Podemos disfrutar además de unas bellísimas formaciones geológicas, de pinturas rupestres únicas en pintura negra y roja de ciervos, cabras, focas, caballos, peces, aves etc…no faltan tampoco los grabados. Cronología del Paleolítico Superior (Solutrense y Magdaleniense), Neolítico y Calcolítico.

VISITA : El horario en verano (julio-agosto) es de 10:00 a 19:30, el resto del año es de 10:00-14:00 y de 16:00-18:30. La entrada son 9€, hay entradas reducidas. La visita dura 45 minutos con guía.

CAVERN (NERJA)

We can also enjoy some beautiful formations, unique cave paintings in black and red paint of deer, goats, seals, horses, fish, birds, etc... there are also engravings. Chronology of the Upper Paleolithic (Solutrean and Magdalenian), Neolithic and Chalcolithic.

VISIT : The timetable in Sumer (July-August) is from 10:00 to 19:30, the rest of the year is from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 18:30. The ticket is € 9, there are reduced tickets. The visit lasts 45 minutes with a guide.

		CUEVA (RINCÓN DE LA VICTORIA) Su nombre le viene de una leyenda de un tesoro de época almorávide. También se la conoce como Cueva del Higuerón. Es una de las 3 únicas cuevas del mundo de origen submarino que se conocen en el mundo y la única de Europa. La cueva tiene una longitud de 1.500 metros, salas, galerías, con trazado laberíntico y preciosos lagos. Se han encontrado restos de cerámica, industria lítica (puntas solutrenses), restos humanos (2 cráneos completos) y de animales. Cronología del Paleolítico Superior y Neolítico. VISITA : Horario de verano (15 de junio a 15 de septiembre) es (19:30-13:00 y 16:30-19:00). Horario de invierno (10:00-13:00 y 15:00-17:00). Entrada 4,65 €.				CAVERN OF EL TESORO (RINCÓN DE LA VICTORIA) Its name is from a legend about a treasure from the Almoravid period. It is also known as Cueva del Higuerón. TRAYAMAR (ALGARROBO)

Tenemos cámaras subterráneas o hipogeos, son tumbas de grandes sillares, muy monumentales, la puerta esta adintelada, una cubierta a dos aguas de madera, techaba la cámara funeraria. Los ajuares pueden ser visitados en el Museo Arqueológico Provincial de Málaga.Cronología fenicia. Excavaciones del Instituto Arqueológico Alemán con Schubart y Niemeyer

CAVERN (TRAYAMAR)

We have undrground chambers and Hypogea, there are tombs of great ashlars, very monumental, the gate is lintelled, a wooden gabled roof roofed the funerary chamber. The grave goods can be visited in the Provincial Archaeological Museum of Málaga. Phoenician chronology. Excavations of the German Archaeological Institute by Schubart and Niemeyer.

		ATALAYA DE VÉLEZ-MÁLAGA INFORMACIÓN HISTORICO-ARTÍSTICA Tenemos una torre circular, empleada para la vigilancia costera, de mampostería muy tosca, aun conserva un matacán. Cronología del siglo XV, posiblemente obra andalusí; sirvió a los cristianos españoles para defenderse de la piratería. HORARIOS-ENTRADA Solo el exterior.
