IGLESIA DE SAN JUAN (OCHAGAVIA)

INFORMACIÓN HISTORICO-ARTÍSTICA

La iglesia de San Juan Evangelista, tiene sus orígenes en el siglo XI, pero buena parte del edificio es de los siglos XVI y XVII, en el interior la sillería de coro es excepcional, también destacan las piezas de orfebrería.

HORARIOS- ENTRADA

Los horarios de misas son en invierno los festivos a las 12:00 y en verano los laborables (martes) a las 18:00 y los festivos a las 12:00.

HISTORICAL-ARTISTIC INFORMATION

The church of San Juan Evangelista, has its origins in the 11 th century, but much of the building is from the 16 th and 17 th centuries, inside the choir stalls is wonderful, also highlight the pieces of goldsmithing.

The timetable of Masses are in winter the holidays at 12:00 and in summer the workdays (Tuesday) at 18:00 and the holidays at 12:00.

PUENTE MEDIEVAL (OCHAGAVIA)

El puente medieval de Ochagavia tiene dos arcos, es de sillería y sillarejo; predominando la sillería en los cimientos (quizás sea romano), mientras el resto es de sillarejo.

MEDIEVAL BRIDGE (OCHAGAVIA)

HISTORICAL-ARTISTIC INFORMATION

The medieval bridge of Ochagavia has 2 arches, it is of ashlar masonry and rubblework masonry; the ashlar predominates in the foundations (perhaps it is Roman); while the rest is of rubblework masonry.

Nª Sª DE MUSKILDA (OCHAGAVIA)

INFORMACIÓN HISTORICO-ARTÍSTICA

La ermita de Nuestra Señora de Muskilda en Ochagavia es una construcción románica, en el exterior destacan los contrafuertes, los canecillos y la portada de arquivoltas; así como una original torre con techumbre cónica; en su interior destaca la talla gótica de la Virgen y el niño.

CHURCH OF MUSKILDA (OCHAGAVIA)

HISTORICAL-ARTISTIC INFORMATION

The hermitage of Nuestra Señora de Muskilda in Ochagavia is a Romanesque building; outside stand out the buttresses, the corbels and the archivolts façade; as well as an original tower with conical roof; inside stand out, the gothic carving of the Virgin and the child.

INFORMACIÓN HISTORICO-ARTÍSTICA

La iglesia de San Román de Ezcároz es un bonito templo del siglo XVI; de estilo gótico tardío; el retablo mayor de estilo renacentista es obra de Miguel de Casanova y Aibar; otros retablos son del siglo XVII y XVIII.

El horario de invierno es los festivos a las 10:45 y en verano, laborables (martes y viernes) a las 19:00 y festivos a las 10:45.

HISTORICAL-ARTISTIC INFORMATION

The church of San Roman de Ezcároz is a beautiful temple from the 16 th century; of late Gothic style; the main altarpìece of Renaissance style is the work of Miguel de Casanova y Aibar; other altarpieces are from the 17 Th and 18 th centuries.

The winter timetable is holidays at 10:45 and in summer (Tuesday and Friday) at 19:00 and holidays at 10:45.

INFORMACIÓN HISTORICO-ARTÍSTICA

La iglesia de la Natividad de Ibilceta, es un bonito templo muy transformado a lo largo del tiempo, destaca el curioso pórtico esquinero, la torre del campanario con techumbre inclinada y un reloj. De una obra esencialmente del siglo XX, dentro puedes admirar la talla gótica de la virgen y el niño.

HISTORICAL-ARTISTIC INFORMATION

The church of La Natividad of Ibilceta, is a beautiful temple very transformed over time; highlights the curious corner facade, the bell tower with sloping roof and a clock. From a work essentially of the 20 th century, inside you can admire the gothic carving of the Virgin and the child.

INFORMACIÓN HISTORICO-ARTÍSTICA

La iglesia de San Cristóbal de Navascués, es un edificio de estilo gótico, que se data en la segunda mitad del siglo XIV; construida en sillarejo; destaca en la portada el arco apuntado del gótico, con un tímpano en el que podemos ver al Cristo crucificado.

CHURCH S. CRISTOBAL (NAVASCUES)

HISTORICAL-ARTISTIC INFORMATION

The church of San Cristobal of Navascués, is a building of Gothic style, that dates in the 2 nd half of the 14 th century; built in rubblework masonry; it highlights on the facade the pointed arch of the Gothic; with a tympanum in which we can see the crucified Christ.

ACCESO A CARRETERA (SALAZAR)

UBICACIÓN DE ENCLAVES:

Para acceder al valle de Roncal-Salazar recomendamos tomar la salida 65 de la A-21 (Pamplona-Jaca), y desde allí coger la A-137 (NA-137) que pasa por Burgui, Roncal e Isaba; desde Burgui puedes llegar a Navascues, por donde pasa la NA-178 que discurre paralela a la NA-137 donde además se ubican Ibilceta, Ezcaroz y Ochagavia

ACCESO PARA MINUSVALIDOS:

OCHAGAVIA: Con silla de ruedas acceso no factible a la iglesia de San Juan Evangelista (escaleras) y a Nuestra Señora de Muskilda (escaleras), pero si es factible al puente medieval.

EZCAROZ-IBILCETA : Acceso no factible con silla de ruedas a San Román de Ezcároz (larga escalinata) , a la Natividad de Ibilceta ( escalón ), a San Cristóbal de Navascués ( escalón ).

ACCESS BY ROAD (SALAZAR)

LOCATION

To access the valley of Roncal-Salazar we recommend taking exit 65 of the A-21 (Pamplona-Jaca) and from there take the A-137 (NA-137) that goes through Burgui, Roncal and Isaba; from Burgui you can get to Navascués, where the NA-178 passes, which runs parallel to the NA-137 where Ibilceta, Ezcároz and Ochagavia are also located.

ACCESS FOR HANDICAPPED

OCHAGAVIA: Wheelchair access not feasible to the church of San Juan Evangelista (stairs) and Nuestra Señora of Muskilda (stairs), but it is feasible to the medieval bridge.

EZCAROZ-IBILCETA: Wheelchair access not feasible to San Román de Ezcároz (long stairs), to La Natividad de Ibilceta (step), to San Cristobal de Navascues (step).
