MURALLAS DE AGREDA

En la muralla árabe de Agreda destaca la puerta del Barrio o puerta de Tarazona, con un bonito arco de herradura datado en el siglo X; también la puerta de la Muela (o de la Ermita) es de época califal. La fortaleza de la Muela es el antiguo alcázar de Agreda, reconstruida en tiempos cristianos varias veces, lo actual es de los siglos XIV-XV.

VISITA: El Centro de Interpretación de la Muralla tiene un horario de 11:00-11:50. El Torreón de la Muela se visita de 12:00-12:50 y de 18:00-18:50.
   

WALLS OF AGREDA

In the Arab wall of Agreda highlight the door of El Barrio or door of Tarazona, with a beautiful horseshoe arch date from the 10 th century; also the door of La Muela (or of La Ermita) is from the Caliphate period. The strength of La Muela is the old Agreda fortress, rebuilt in Christian times, today wee see walls from 14 th -15 th centuries.

VISIT: The Interpretation Center of the Wall has a timetable of 11:00-11:50 am the tower of La Muela is visited from 12:00-12:50 pm and from 6:00-6:50 pm.
 
 
   
 
             
 

IGLESIA DE SAN MIGUEL

La iglesia de San Miguel esta llena de curiosidades, la torre románica es del siglo XII con 5 pisos de altura con remate en almenas, pero el templo es de estilo gótico y el retablo del altar mayor es plateresco del siglo XVI.

VISITA: Solo se visita en horario de culto. Oficina de Turismo de Agreda (976.192.714).
   

CHURCH OF SAN MIGUEL

The church of San Miguel is full of curiosities, the Romanesque tower is from the 12 th century, 5 floors high with battlements, but the temple is Gothic and the altarpiece is plateresque from the 16 th century.

IGLESIA DE Nª. Sª DE MAGAÑA

La Iglesia de Nuestra Señora de Magaña es de estilo gótico, con gruesos muros y contrafuertes arcaicos, el templo data del siglo XVI.

VISITA: No visitable por problemas estructurales.

   

CHURCH OF Nª Sª OF MAGAÑA

The church of Our Lady of Magaña is of Gothic style, with thick walls and archaic buttresses, the temple dates from the 16 th century.

PALACIO DE LOS CASTEJÓN

El Palacio de los Castejones se data en el siglo XVI, es de estilo herreriano, dentro sobresale el patio renacentista con un bellísimo jardín, con escalera cubierta por cúpula florentina; en la fachada exterior sobresale el frontón partido y la heráldica.

VISITA: En Verano de 11:00 a 14:00 y de 17:00 a 20:00, el resto del año la visita debe de ser concertada (976.192.714).
   

PALACE OF THE CASTEJÓN

The Palace of the Castejones dates from the 16 th century, it is of the Herrerian style, inside the Renaissance courtyard stands out with a beautiful garden, with a staircase covered by a Florentine dome; On the outside facade, the split pediment and the heraldry stand out.

VISIT: In the summer from 11 am to 2 pm and from 5 pm to 8 pm, the rest of the year the visit must be arranged (976.192.714).

 
             
 

SINAGOGA

La Sinagoga de Agreda, es un testimonio del paso de los judíos por Agreda, sobre el solar de la sinagoga se erigió una iglesia románica en el siglo XII, que solo conserva el ábside semicircular, en el Archivo Histórico de Agreda se conserva un fragmento de la Torá de esta sinagoga.

VISITA: Oficina de Turismo de Agreda (976.192.714).
   

SYNAGOGUE

The Agreda Synagogue, is a testimony of the stepof the Jews by Agreda, on the site of the synagogue a Romanesque church was erected in the 12 th century, which only conserves the semicircular apse, in the Historical Archive of Agreda a fragment of the Torah of this synagogue is preserved.

ACCESO A AGREDA

Se ubica Agreda en la N-122, en el tramo que va de Soria a Tarazona (Zaragoza). Aportamos un plano para mejorar la ubicación de los monumentos.

ACCESO PARA MINUSVÁLIDOS

Acceso muy bueno para visitar las iglesias de Agreda y no factible el acceso en el torreón de la Muela (escalera de acceso).
   

ACCESS TO AGREDA

Agreda is located on the N-122, on the section that goes from Soria to Tarazona (Zaragoza). We provide a plan to improve the location of the monuments.

ACCESS FROM THE HANDICAPPED
