		CASTELO DE MOGADOURO INFORMACIÓN HISTÓRICO-ARTÍSTICA Sobre un cerro rocoso se alza este castillo con torre de homenaje de planta cuadrada, se construyó en el siglo XII y el rey Dinis lo donó a los caballeros del Temple, después paso a la Orden de Cristo, más tarde se realizaron diversas reformas en el siglo XIV y en el siglo XVII. ENTRADAS Y HORARIOS Acceso libre, sin entradas, sin horarios. ACCESO Desde Bragança puede accederse por la N-217 y N-216; desde Vila Real por la A-4 o la N-15 y después coger la IC5. Desde España se puede acceder por Zamora por la CL-527 dirección Bermillo de Sayago y Fermoselle, tras cruzar el Duero, se pasa por Bemposta y se accede a la IC5 que llega a Mogadouro. Es un castillo románico mandado construir por el Rey Dinis de Portugal, entre los siglos XIII-XIV, (sobre los restos de uno más antiguo quizás del siglo XII); quizás lo más interesante sea la puerta oriental, y algunos muros. También destaca el Museo do Ferro.

It is a Romanesque castle built by the King Dinis of Portugal, between the 13 th and 14 th centuries (on the remains of an older one perhaps of 12 th century), perhaps the most interesting is the eastern door and some walls. Also interesting is the Iron Museum.

		IGLESIA MATRIZ – TORRE MONCORVO INFORMACIÓN HISTÓRICO-ARTÍSTICA Es una iglesia monumental con contrafuertes sólidos y torre sobre la fachada con el campanario de planta rectangular. Es de estilo barroco, datada en los siglos XVI-XVII, en su fachada pueden verse hornacinas con santos, columnas, capiteles y un frontón. ENTRADAS Y HORARIOS Abre todos los días, hay visitas guiadas. ACCESO Torre de Moncorvo se encuentra en la IP2, entre Bragança y Guarda. ACCESO PARA MINUSVÁLIDOS Hay unos pequeñísimos escalones en el recinto exterior, pero con ayuda es factible el acceso para sillas de ruedas.				MOTHER CHURCH – TORRE MONCORVO HISTORICAL-ARTISTIC INFORMATION It is a monumental and nice church with solid buttresses and tower on the façade with rectangular bell tower. It is of Baroque style, dated in the 16 th -17 th centuries, in the façade can be seen niches with saints, columns, capitals and a pediment. TICKETS AND TIMETABLE Open daily, there are guided tours.
