FRECHAS-VILAS BOAS: Se ubican en la región de Tras-Os-Montes, en el distrito de Bragança, son dos localidades muy pequeñas próximas al río Duero.

En Frechas podemos destacar su iglesia, su pelourinho y un pueblo con rincones muy bonitos.

Muy cerca se encuentra Vilas Boas que tiene un caserío muy bonito, con monumentos y su famoso santuario de Nossa Senhora da Assunção.

Además nosotros destacaremos varios pueblos como Marzagão, destacamos entre su patrimonio monumental la iglesia de Marzagão y el Castelo.

Vernur colabora con muchos ayuntamientos en la regulación del tráfico de sus municipios, evitando colapsar algunas zonas, lo que provocaría “Turismofobia”, facilitando a la vez el acceso del visitante tanto al aparcamiento como a los centros históricos.

La romería que se celebra en el santuario de la Assunção (Vilas Boas) es impresionante ya atrae a gran número de creyentes y turistas.

La iglesia de Sao Miguel Arcanjo (Frechas) es un templo de estilo barroco, que destaca por su bonita fachada con su tímpano mixtilíneo, en el nicho vemos la efigie del santo entre dos óculos. También podrás admirar en Frechas el pelourinho.

El Santuario de Nossa Senhora da Assunção (Vilas Boas), es uno de los santuarios marianos más importantes de Tras-os-Montes, se remonta al siglo XIX, erigiéndose sobre un antiguo castro céltico, en el que se han encontrado interesantes restos (tesorillo y verraco).

Su interior es muy bonito, con bellos retablos. En el exterior las vistas son impresionantes.
