CONSEJO SOBRE RADARES - ESPAÑA

Controla los radares colocados en tu viaje, en los listados de radares que más han multado suelen repetir con frecuencia los mismos, y es que el hombre es el único animal que tropieza en el mismo radar. Un minuto apuntando en un posted los más “recaudatorios”, puede ahorrarte dinero.

Algunos radares acumulan hasta más de 80.000 denuncias, y todos los mencionados superan las 20.000 denuncias. Solo entre (2011-2013) en 3 años la DGT recaudó 508 millones de €, además ahora también pueden denunciar a vehículos sin ITV. En (2014) según Ecomotor.es cada día la DGT recaudaba 472.000 euros en multas.

Los inhibidores de radar están prohibidos, mientras los avisadores de radar en un futuro podrían estar prohibidos con multa de 200 € y resta de 3 puntos.

MARGEN DE ERROR - ESPAÑA

Como los radares no son 100 % infalibles, la DGT ha establecido un margen de error, la DGT te permite conducir unos kilómetros más antes de ser multado.

A velocidad de 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90 ese margen son 8 Km/h más, es decir si la señal pone 40, podrás circular hasta 47 Km/h máximo, saltando a 48 Km/h.

Después para 100 el radar salta a los 109 Km/h, para 110 el radar salta a los 120 Km/h, y para 120 el radar salta a los 130 Km/h (Fuente MAPFRE).

MARGIN OF ERROR - SPAIN

RADARES MÓVILES- ESPAÑA

Hay más de 1.300 rádares móviles en (2016), casi todos en carreteras convencionales. Las carreteras con más radares móviles son la N-232 (35), la N-630 (17), la N-120 (16), la N-432 (15), la N-VI (15), la N-234 (14), la N-340 (14), la N-211 (13), la N-122 (11) y la N-601 (11). Las provincias con más radares móviles son Segovia (40), Albacete (32), Cádiz (31), Murcia (31) y las provincias con menos Málaga (29), Huesca (29), Ourense (27) y Asturias (25). Los radares móviles pueden identificarse fácilmente, en ocasiones es un vehículo de gama media de color neutro (gris, azul, negro), aparcado en el arcén, casi siempre sin poner triángulos, muchas veces los demás conductores detienen la marcha y podrás verles prendas reflectantes.

MOBILE RADARS – SPAIN

Mobile radars can be easily identified, sometimes is a mid-range vehicle, neutral colour (gray, blue, black), parked on the shoulder, almost always without triangles, often other drivers slow down the speed, and if you can see it's occupants, you can even to appreciate reflective garments.

 
   
 

CUANTIA DE LAS MULTAS- ESPAÑA

La DGT suele clasificar las multas en 2 grandes grupos, graves o muy graves, por cada límite de velocidad tiene márgenes que superados supone un aumento de la multa y la perdida de puntos de manera progresiva. Por ejemplo para un límite a 100 Km/h, superada la velocidad entre 101-130 (multa 100 €), entre 131-150 (multa 300 € y perdida de 2 puntos), entre 151 y 160 (multa 400 € y perdida de 4 puntos), entre 161 y 170 (multa 500 € y perdida de 6 puntos); sobre 171 Km/h es una infracción grave, multa 600 € y perdida de 6 puntos. Si un juez entiende que se ha puesto en peligro la vida humana, además el conductor puede perder el carnet y enfrentarse incluso a penas de prisión. Hay que advertir, que los conductores que graban con movil son más numerosos y que algunas denuncias se han producido por este sistema o por el famoso helicóptero “Pegasus”.

QUANTITY OF FINES – SPAIN
