		IGLESIA DE SAN MIGUEL VIELHA INFORMACIÓN HISTORICO-ARTÍSTICA La iglesia de San Miguel de Viella fue construida en estilo románico tardío, pero con bellos elementos góticos, al haberse construido junto a una antigua fortificación la torre conserva un aire fortificado, en origen tuvo ventanas de medio punto pero fueron retiradas para instalar un campanario. Miguel had windows with semicircular arches, but were removed to install a bell-tower. The church is of a unique nave with barrel vault, the façade is dated in 13 th -14 th centuries. Tenemos un castillo templario del que solo se conserva una de sus torres de planta circular, mejor estado presenta la Iglesia de Santa Maria, con poderosos contrafuertes, cabecera tripartita, alta torre, techos de pizarra, fachada abocinada y arcos ciegos lombardos. Cronología de los siglos XII y XIII, pero la torre es gótica de los siglos XIII-XIV.

HISTORICAL-ARTISTIC INFORMATION

We have a Templar castle of which only one of its towers of circular floor is preserved, better state presents the Church of Santa María, with powerful buttresses, tripartite head, high tower, slate ceiling, façade flared and blind Lombard arches. Como en Viella la torre de la iglesia dispone de un aire defensivo, la iglesia dispone de elementos románicos (ábsides) y góticos, son muy bonitos los ventanales apuntados gótico; mientras la sacristía data ya de los ss XVI y XVII; también destaca la portada con 6 arquivoltas y dentro destacan las pinturas.

As in Viella the church tower has a defensive style, the church has Romanesque (apses) and Gothic elements, are very nice the pointed Gothic windows; while the sacristy dates from the 16 th and 17 th centuries; also highlights the façade with 6 archivolts and inside the paintings stand out.

Vilnac es un pequeño pueblo desde el que puede verse muy bien la localidad de Viella, destacando en Vilnac la iglesia de San Andrés con torre en planta cuadrada, con ventanas apuntadas que nos remiten al gótico; los cimientos son de sillería y el alzado de sillarejo, con cubiertas de pizarra.

Cogemos la N-260 que nos lleva a Pont de Suert y poco después la N-230 a Viella, capital del valle de Arán desde donde se accede a Vilnac, Arties, Salardú y otros pueblos.
