INFORMACIÓN HISTORICO-ARTÍSTICA

El castillo de Santa Maria da Feira es un castillo medieval que se remonta al siglo XII, después el castillo fue reformado en estilo gótico; en los siglos XVI-XVII se realizaron adaptaciones para su uso residencial; en el siglo XVIII sufrió un incendio y fue abandonado; en el siglo XX fue restaurado; la planta es oval, con torre de homenaje rectangular, con torres-contrafuertes de techumbre piramidal.

HISTORICAL-ARTISTIC INFORMATION

The castle of Santa Maria da Deira is a medieval castle that goes back to the 12 th century, after the castle was reformed in Gothic style; in the 16 th -17 th centuries adpatations were made for their residential use; in the 18 th century it suffered a fire and was abandones; in the 10 th century it was restored; the plan is oval, with a rectangular tribute tower, with towers-buttresses of pyramidal toof.

IGLESIA-CONVENTO (FEIRA)

INFORMACIÓN HISTORICO-ARTÍSTICA

El Convento dos Loios o convento do Espiritu Santo (Santa María da Feira) se remonta al siglo XVI, es un complejo monástico de gran interés con convento, claustro, iglesia y monumental escalera. La fachada de la iglesia dispone de dos torres con frontón triangular sobre dos cuerpos; el convento es de planta rectangular, con claustro interior.

The Convent dos Loios or convent of Espiritu Santo (Santa Maria da Feira) dates back to the 16 th century, it is a monastic complex of great interest with a convent, cloister, church and monumental staircase. The facade of the church has 2 towers with a triangular pediment on 2 bodies; the convent is rectangular with an inner cloister.

La iglesia matriz Arrifana de Sao Joao da Madeira, es una bonita iglesia del siglo XVIII, con alta torre campanario con reloj, fachada con azulejos, larga escalinata barroca, acceso de arco rebajado, con hornacina para la santa, coronado el conjunto con un frontón partido, pináculos y una cruz.
