La iglesia de Santiago de Triacastela es un templo del siglo XVIII, de estilo barroco; se construyó en sillarejo y silería; sobresale en la fachada una alta torre de 4 cuerpos; en el altar mayor, el retablo aparece presidido por el apóstol Santiago.

El horario de misas es los laborables a las 18:00 y los festivos a las 13:00.

Desde la A-6 junto a Piedrahita del Cebrero (salida 431) se puede acceder a O Cebreiro y después por la LU-633 a Triacastela. Son pueblos muy pequeños y es fácil encontrar los monumentos.
